**Customer Experience Specialist / Scheduler - Fitness Equipment**

Fitness Machine Technicians Alberta is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist / Scheduler who can hit the ground running, provide all around customer service support and dispatch scheduling to the team.

**Experience / Education**:

- High school diploma (University degree preferred)
- Customer service and scheduling experience a MUST
- 2+ year of of working in office / admin capacity preferred
- MS Office / Google Suite experience a must
- Parts research and procurement experience is an asset
- Company social media experience a bonus

**Personal Qualifications**:

- Self-starter, independent, reliable, efficient, fast learner
- Maintain a high level of customer interaction etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Strong computer literacy. Ability to learn new software packages
- Team player with positive attitude
- Ability to work independently with high level of integrity and honesty

**Task & Job Duties**:

- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Scheduling field techs dispatch according to job complexity and best logistics plan
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and order tracking
- Recommend appropriate products and services to customers as needed
- Complete customer information and written work report
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Must have access to internet and personal computer
- Conduct commercial sales out reach and cold calling (optional)

**Compensation**:

- Proposed start date: immediately
- Market competitive rate based on experience (negotiable)
- Part-Time to start (potential to turn into full time)
- Pay will INCREASE as you gain experience, broaden work scope and increase job responsibilities

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
