**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
- Handle multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication with clients and staff.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining an orderly office environment.
- Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and inquiries professionally.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support bookkeeping activities as needed, including managing invoices and expenses.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication across departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
**Requirements**:
- Previous office experience is required; medical or dental office experience is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and filing tasks.
- Effective phone etiquette and strong communication skills for customer service interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Typing proficiency with strong proofreading skills to ensure quality documentation.
