**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to information.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing reports.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Handle customer service inquiries with a focus on providing solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Support financial operations by managing invoices and basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Collaborate with dental or medical office staff to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette for effective communication.
- Experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Solid clerical skills including data entry, filing, and organization of office materials.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus but not mandatory.
