**Human Resources Manager**

The Human Resources Manager will provide comprehensive support of the day-to-day operations of human resources, ensuring timely administration and efficient delivery of recruitment processes and national HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will be responsible for customer-focused, effective HR support service to the organization.

**What will you do?**
**Strategic Leadership and Planning**
- Help in the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
- Participate in organizational design and development to ensure effectiveness and agility.
- Drive initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives and enhance employee engagement and productivity.

**Talent Management and Development**
- Hands-on in recruitment of new employees - which includes posting, pre-screening and interviewing.
- Hands-on role in talent acquisition, development, and creation of retention strategies.
- Hands-on role in onboarding new staff by implementing comprehensive training programs and managing the process.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Performance Management**
- Design and implement performance management systems that reflect our values and objectives.

**Employee Relations and Engagement**
- Serve as a key advisor on all employee-related matters within assigned area / division
- Enhance employee engagement and morale through innovative programs and initiatives.
- Manage external reputation on HR related social media.
- Manage relationships with post-secondary institutions.

**Compliance and Risk Management**
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding employment.
- Manage risks related to HR practices.
- Report on and analyze HR metrics to identify areas of improvement.

**Corporate Culture**
- Embed the company's values and culture in all HR initiatives.
- Lead cultural initiatives and events to strengthen internal community and collaboration.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
