**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the food industry and have a strong commitment to food safety and meal preparation.

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Help train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
