Job Description: NEW LOCATION ALERT - We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook with a minimum of 5 years of cooking experience to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pasta-making techniques, a flair for creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Pasta cook, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of pasta dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook fresh pasta dishes according to our menu and recipes.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional cooking experience
  • Pasta experience a bonus
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
