Toronto, Canada marcellos pizzeria St.Clair West Full time

Marcello’s pizzeria St.Clair is looking for experienced partime line-cooks, as pasta, and grill chefs for our St.Clair Corso Italia location. Must have background experience in Italian cuisine.

Days and Nights Available:

- Wednesday 3-9pm
- Thursday 3-9pm
- Saturday 10am-4pm
- Sunday 10am-9pm

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- prepare quality,consistent and well presented food dishes to company standard.
- complete all specified opening setup, closing shift down and side duties.
- maintain cleanliness, organization and santitation of work space and equipment.
- assist teammates when necessary.
- practice proper food safety procedures and safe work environment standards,

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- one year experience preferred
- food handlers certificate preferred
- ability to work efficiently and consistently in a high paced environment.
- must be able to work unsupervised
- flexible schedule day/nights weekends
- passionate about Italian food, wine and all things service related.
- professional appearance

Expected hours: 28 per week

**Experience**:

- Linecook: 3 years (preferred)
- Italian cuisine: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Work permit (preferred)
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
