We take pride in crafting handmade dishes using traditional techniques and the finest ingredients. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate **Pasta Chef** to join our dynamic culinary team.

As our Pasta Chef, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of fresh pasta dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency. This role requires deep knowledge of pasta-making techniques, strong attention to detail, and a passion for Italian cuisine.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of fresh and dry pasta dishes to order
- Produce handmade pasta (stuffed, long, short) using traditional Italian techniques
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Monitor inventory and ensure the freshness of ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to design and execute seasonal pasta dishes
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on pasta preparation and cooking techniques

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience as a Pasta Chef or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen
- Proven expertise in fresh pasta preparation and Italian cuisine
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of performance
- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is an asset but not required
