**About The Role**

**We are looking for Full-time Line Cooks to join our new location: Oretta Midtown**

You will report to our Head Chef and Sous Chefs. Following recipes with skill and consistency, we are looking for Line Cooks with Italian cuisine menu knowledge with much consideration and care for sauces, making pasta dishes from scratch, mains with care and consistency, and garnishing with attention to detail. If you have a passion for cooking authentic Italian dishes, we want to meet with you

Our menu features a variety of classic Italian dishes with innovative twists on traditional recipes. The restaurant's design typically reflects a blend of classic Italian elegance with modern aesthetics. Expect a stylish and inviting atmosphere that enhances the guest dining experience, with attention to detail in decor and table settings. At Oretta, hospitality is paramount.
