Resort Sales Manager (Commission-Only)

**Work where others vacation and every workday feels like a getaway.**

This is **not** a resort management role.
It’s not a desk job.
And it’s not high-pressure, transactional sales.

We’re hiring **Resort Sales Managers** to represent premium seasonal cottage and resort communities across Ontario, in partnership with **Bloom Resorts and Cascade Leisure Consultants**.

Your role is to guide families through one of the most exciting decisions they’ll make — owning a seasonal cottage or resort retreat — in a setting most people only experience on vacation.

What this role is
- A **full-time, commission-only sales role**:

- Based from **one resort community** (Prince Edward County role serves two nearby resorts)
- Focused on **relationship-driven, lifestyle sales**:

- Supported by professional marketing, lead generation, and systems

What this role is NOT
- ❌ Not a resort operations or management position
- ❌ Not staff supervision or shift management
- ❌ Not B2B or corporate sales
- ❌ Not cold calling all day

What you’ll be doing
- Responding to inbound leads from Meta ads, Google, website forms, and events
- Hosting relaxed, informative on-site tours for families and couples
- Following up with prospects using HubSpot and Zoho CRM
- Managing the full sales journey: inquiry → tour → decision → paperwork
- Creating your own momentum through local presence and social media
- Representing the lifestyle, community, and long-term value of resort ownership

The product you’ll represent
- Seasonal cottages & resort retreats
- Pricing ranges from **$75,000 (resales)** to **$200,000+ (new waterfront units)**:

- Strong inventory with **10 new units already ordered**:

- Financing available:

- 20% down
- Up to **20 years at 6.99%** on new units
- Up to **10 years** on resales

Compensation & earning potential
- **Commission-only role**:

- **30% commission after marketing**:

- Monthly and annual performance bonuses
- Commission advances available
- Top performers earn **$120,000-$150,000+ annually**:

- No income cap — results drive earnings

Training & support
- Full onboarding and sales training provided
- Professional marketing and paid advertising already in place
- CRM, call tracking, and structured follow-up systems
- You focus on people and sales — we handle the heavy lifting

This role is ideal for someone who:

- Enjoys people, families, and community-based environments
- Is comfortable working weekends during peak season
- Prefers meaningful conversations over pressure tactics
- Is self-motivated and comfortable with commission-only compensation
- Wants autonomy without being left on their own

Sales experience is helpful but **not required** — attitude, communication skills, and follow-through matter more.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Comfortable working on-site from mid-April onward
- Available to start **end of February** (remote onboarding initially)
- Comfortable using CRM systems and follow-up tools
- Happy to work weekends during peak season

Hiring process

Pay: $1.00-$150,000.00 per year
