As we continue our growth trajectory, we are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. Let’s create something unique and have a little fun while doing it
The Business Development Representative will work be responsible for increasing the Waste Solutions Canada client base.
- Actively seek out new business/opportunities
- Visit potential clients to evaluate needs and/or promote products and services
- Preparation, negotiation, and execution of service agreements
- Tackling customer objections
- Use a CRM tool to record all customer interactions and manage the entire sales process from original lead generation to closing the deal
- Assist in the implementation of new programs for clients
- Present new future opportunities to accounts
- Develop lists of prospects and potential clients
- Set up introduction meetings
- Give sales presentations to prospective clients
- Help determine pricing schedules and appropriate solutions for prospective clients
- Responsible for the preparation, negotiation and signing of agreements with clients
- Upselling additional services and products
- Meet or exceed new business targets and activity goals
**Requirements**:
- Experience in outbound sales
- Experience using a CRM
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
