AR/AP Clerk / Data Entry Clerk
Port Kells/Surrey based manufacturing company has a Part Time position available with an established company that has been in business since 1979.

Job responsibilities include:

- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Credit and collection
- Perform Account reconciliation
- Generate Ageing analysis
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Review, sort, code and match invoices
- Enter and upload invoices into accounting program
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Maintain customer and vendor files
- Prepare and perform cheque runs
- Prepare bank deposits
- Assist with month end closing and procedures
- Updating the contact list
- Data Entry - Access & Excel
- PO data entry & matching

Qualifications and skills required:

- Accounting diploma or 3 to 5 years’ experience.
- SAP accounting systems
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Access - a benefit not mandatory (will train)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
- Excellent time management skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing demands and priorities
- Accounting program knowledge and excel skills
- Credit and collection experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm
Wage: Is dependent on experience.

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
