The Payroll Administrative Clerk is responsible for accurately preparing and processing driver payroll. This role ensures all pay is calculated correctly and issued on time, according to established company policies and procedures. The clerk also supports the finance team by processing accounts payable (AP) invoices for approval and ensuring proper documentation and coding. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy are key in this position.

**Work Schedule**:
Monday and Tuesday; 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM

**Location**:
11398 Bridgeview Drive, Surrey, BC, V3R 0C2

**Responsibilities**:

- Process driver payroll based on trip sheets and piece work rates.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions and adjustments.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation.
- Process AP invoices for approval, verifying accuracy and coding to appropriate accounts.
- Communicate with drivers and internal departments to resolve payroll or invoice issues.
- Support general administrative duties as required by the operations team.
- Professional attitude in all interactions when on shift
- Strict attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Transportation experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook
- Ability to maintain order in a fast paced team environment
- Available to work full time hours with some overtime.
- Reliable transportation
