**Position Overview**:
SB Trucking Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Accounts Representative** to join our team. This role is essential to our financial operations, ensuring accurate accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) management, overseeing safety compliance, and supporting various administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances.
- Reconcile AR transactions and maintain accurate records.

**Accounts Payable (AP)**:

- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain AP records.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payments.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Maintain and update safety records, including driver compliance and training records.
- Assist in preparing safety audits and reports.
- Support management in implementing safety protocols and best practices.

**General Administrative Support**:

- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable management.
- Familiarity with safety compliance in the transportation industry is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
