Glow The Event Store is seeking a Wedding & Social Event Sales Specialist to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and is energized by working with clients to make milestone moments unforgettable.

**Who You Are**:
You’re the type of person who lights up talking about centrepieces, linens, and colour palettes. You have a natural flair for client communication, a love for beautiful details, and an instinct for what makes an event feel magical. You're organized, passionate, and ready to be part of a team that believes in celebrating life’s best moments—beautifully.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Inspire & Guide Clients

Meet with couples and party hosts to understand their vision, style, and budget. Use our designer showroom and décor library to help them visualize their event and create proposals that reflect their dreams.
- Craft Proposals That Spark Excitement

Prepare personalized quotes and contracts that clearly communicate rental selections, pricing, and logistics. Help clients feel confident and taken care of every step of the way.
- Design & Style In-Store Mockups

Use our curated inventory to create table mock-ups and visual displays that bring each event concept to life. You’ll make the showroom a welcoming, Pinterest-worthy space for inspiration.
- Collaborate With Our Operations Team

Partner closely with our logistics and delivery teams to ensure a smooth event setup and flawless execution. Provide timelines, notes, and visuals that bring everyone together.
- Be a Brand Ambassador

Represent Glow at wedding shows, open houses, photo shoots, and industry events. Help drive visibility and sales through creativity and a genuine love for what we do.
- Build Relationships That Last

Create unforgettable experiences for our clients while growing and maintaining relationships with venues, planners, and vendors in the event industry.

**Your Superpowers Include**:

- A natural love of events, styling, and storytelling through design
- Confidence in meeting with clients and understanding their needs
- Impeccable organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of CRM software
- Ability to manage multiple client projects with a high level of detail and service
- A flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in event sales, hospitality, weddings, or related fields is a strong asset

- Are known for keeping a spreadsheet and a vision board
- Can walk a client through linen options with ease while sipping your coffee
- Know how to turn “we’re not sure what we want” into “OMG, this is perfect”

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
