Overview:
Sales Support Specialist is a customer-focused professional responsible for processing sales and ensuring client satisfaction. They maintain order databases, and update prospect lists. Their role involves assisting the sales management team and providing essential support for effective sales operations. The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing data and guidance to the sales team, managing sales tracking tools, and analyzing sales trends. They will liaise with account managers, stay updated on product launches, and suggest sales process improvements. Their primary focus is to support the sales team and enhance customer relationships.

**Duties**:

- Directing calls & make outgoing calls to clients.
- Issuing Credits
- Cost File Changes
- Invoicing (via Great Plains)
- UPC Checks on all products
- Developing detailed shipping reports
- Order entry adjustments
- Purchase Orders/Receivables
- Participating in store product set ups
- Working cohesively with the administrative and management team
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review

**Skills**:

- 1-2 years administrative support experience or administrative certificate from a post secondary school
- Good verbal communication skills to maintain open dialogue with supervisors, and fellow colleagues.
- Reliable, punctual and ability to work to timelines & deadlines.
- Positive, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Solid MS Office 365 skills - specifically Outlook and Excel (experience using Great Planes for Invoicing considered a bonus)
- Digital / Software experience
