This is primarily an in-office role, but will periodically include visits to venues for sales calls as well as onsite to help set up events from time to time.

We’re looking for a confident, creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the unique logistics of events, festivals, and tent installations. Knowledge of Halifax venues and familiarity with industry terms related to staging and scaffolding will set you apart. Your mission? To guide clients through every step of the process, ensuring their vision not only comes to life but exceeds expectations.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Recommend products from our extensive inventory — including tents, staging, décor, and more — tailored to each client’s needs.
- Prepare quotes, estimate labour and delivery costs, and provide logístical guidance for both indoor and outdoor events.
- Convert quotes into confirmed bookings, keep meticulous records, and work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution.
- Visit venues for sales calls, site checks, and occasional onsite event set-ups.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, venues, and vendors, becoming a trusted partner in their event planning journey.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong knowledge of event logistics, with experience in tents, festivals, or large-scale event setups.
- Understanding of Halifax venues and industry terms related to staging and scaffolding is a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new programs.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and ready to adapt to the ever-changing demands of the event world.
