Tent Installer

**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable, physically fit, and safety-focused **Tent Installer** to join our dynamic team. The Tent Installer will be responsible for the safe delivery, setup, and takedown of tents and event structures. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load, transport, and unload tenting equipment to and from event sites.
- Install and dismantle tents, flooring, and other event infrastructure according to safety standards and layout specifications.
- Inspect all equipment and report any damages or maintenance needs.
- Follow company procedures to ensure timely and professional service.
- Interact respectfully with clients and represent the company in a positive manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and workspace.
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed during non-peak periods.

**Requirements**:

- Valid **Class 5 Driver’s License**.
- **Minimum 3 years of driving experience in Canada.**:

- Clean driver’s abstract (may be required upon hiring).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in event setup, construction, landscaping, or similar hands-on work is an asset.
- Knowledge of tent structures and related equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

- Evening shift

**Experience**:

- Driving in Canada: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
