**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will play a key role in shaping our company culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive work environment.

**Duties**:

- Consults with Senior Management regarding staff needs/issues
- Update job ads for Job Bank and other online resources
- Updates company policies and manuals as needed
- Consults with employees regarding questions/concerns on HR matters
- Consults with Managers/Supervisors and advises about employee performance concerns; researches appropriate solutions; conducts investigations, writes case notes; follow up meetings and documents corrective steps, termination notices
- Assists with documentations, legal obligations concerning errant employees
- Ensures adherence to all Company policies and procedures
- Ensures Company HACCP/Food Safety and Health & Safety Standards are met and maintained

**Skills Required**:

- Exceptional fluency in written/verbal English language communications skills
- Degree/Certificate in Human Resources Management preferred
- Previous Human Resources Management experience essential
- Working knowledge of Employment Standards, Human Rights Legislation, EI, Employment Law, other government legislation
- Experience in recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, coaching, workforce planning, conflict resolution
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience in policy writing, job descriptions, recruitment ads
- Previous food production/manufacturing industry experience an asset
- Ability to work with diverse work groups, foster a positive work environment
- Strong negotiations skills, results-oriented
- Diplomacy, tactfulness, discretion, able to deal with sensitive/confidential data

**Shifts**:Full timeMon-Fri, flexible hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
