- Accurate order entry and data management
- Accounts receivable processing
- Creating and managing sales invoices
- Providing customer service support
- Ensuring all necessary supporting documents are collected, verified, and accurately reconciled with corresponding invoices, purchase orders, and credit card transactions
- Handling purchase orders and inputting payable invoices
- Maintaining organization and efficiency in daily tasks

Qualifications:

- Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience with Sage BusinessVision (preferred)
