Tour & Event Production Coordinator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and coordinate domestic and international event production
- Manage and coordinate personnel travel logistics
- Create tour itineraries and coordinate and track personnel travel logistics
- Update and manage the master event calendar
- Create, manage, coordinate contracts for signing
- Work with bookkeeping and track deposits and final payments
- Create and manage multiple tour budgets at once
- Work with our lawyers to facilitate international work permits visas
- Manage and collect the required tax forms
- Liaison for artists, managers, publicists and booking agents, managers, etc
- Day-to-day production administration
- Day-to-day tour advancement
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years related work experience
- Post-Secondary Education
- Knowledge of the performing arts and music industry
- Savvy communications and research skills with
- Adequate knowledge of Word, Excel, CRM software, etc. with the ability to quickly learn new software
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Able to work Independently with mínimal supervisor while meeting goals and deadlines
- Able to flourish in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Salary**: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

We are currently working remotely for the time being.
**Experience**:
- Travel Related: 3 years (required)
- Tour & Event Production Related: 5 years (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M6R 1V7
