**Inventory Accuracy Management**
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies across multiple data sources to ensure accurate supply and demand visibility.
- Process inventory adjustments in JDE using appropriate document types.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
- Support Accounting in reconciling the inventory sub-ledger with the General Ledger.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards.
- Correct EDI transactions to support accurate planning and customer service operations.
- Maintain and support Business Continuity Planning (BCP), including documentation, exercises, and event response.

**Inventory Monitoring**
- Monitor inventory on hold and coordinate with distribution centers (DCs) for timely disposition.
- Ensure external DCs follow established processes for managing obsolete and damaged inventory.
- Assist in standardizing inventory control processes across all sites.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain scorecards.
- Support inventory adjustment activities across sites as needed.
- Maintain and update Daily Management boards.
- Participate in additional projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Technical Diploma or APICS certification
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on practical solutions.
