ABB’s Electrification organization is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and generating profitable growth for the Electrification Business Area. This position is an opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary Marketing and Communications team and collaborate with its various experts to deliver superior event experiences. Your main mandate will be to support the Electrification Segment Marketing Business Partners in tasks related to the implementation and the coordination of specific activities (virtual and in person). Mainly remote work - on average 1 day per week at our Montreal or Burlington office. Travel as needed: visits to suppliers or event sites.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordination of operational and administrative activities related to the industry's event action plan.
- Participation in regular meetings for the events calendar.
- Coordination of registrations with the various organizers.
- Production and implementation of visual material with the help of internal experts and external suppliers, including the search for solutions.
- Optimization of the digital and lead generation strategy in relation to the various virtual and in-person events.
- Contribute to the event promotion: develop the communication plan and promotional material, collaborate with the team in the use of the various channels (social media, internal platforms, CRM, etc.).
- Handling event plan in collaboration with the digital marketing team and other team members.
- Tracking and analyzing participation data, measuring impact and identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
- Other responsibilities include supporting the Marketing team with special projects and requests as needed.

**Your background**:

- Undergraduate (3rd or 4th year) or graduate student in event planning, administration, marketing or communications or other relevant field.
- 0 to 2 years of related experience.
- Functional English and French, bilingual an asset.
- Good organizational skills and attention to details.
- Great autonomy, teamwork and time management skills.
- Creative and dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using various digital platforms.
