Very busy Medical Clinic requires an experienced full time Medical Office Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator for our Red Deer clinic to start as soon as possible. As a Medical Office Assistant and Reception you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. We are seeking a professional, reliable individual with above average people and computer skills, strong organizational and prioritizing skills for multi-task work in our busy medical clinic. Full time, days, no evenings or weekends required. This position will appeal to a motivated and attention to detail individual with preferred minimum of 1 year previous medical experience.

Performance requirements:

- Knowledge of business office procedures.
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries
- Experience with Obstructive Sleep Apnea and CPAP preferred but not required.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) specifically Healthquest
- Experience with MOA duties working with ENT and Respirologist
- Skill in English grammar and spelling
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$36,400.00 per year
