**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead Dispatcher in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
- Help generate the following day’s schedule for technicians, providing backup as needed.
- Handle incoming service calls and create service requests from customers, following OHD procedures and protocols.
- Assist the lead Dispatcher in assigning current day service requests to technicians based on skill sets and work requirements.
- Contact customers to schedule planned maintenance (PM) or to complete approved quoted repairs.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
- Operate phone systems to communicate with drivers and customers.
- Provide general office support.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with computers, MS Office, and the ability to learn new technologies.
- Strong customer service focus for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
- Self-directed with strong time-management abilities.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
