**Duties**:

- Provide assistance to the lead Dispatcher in all aspects of the day-to day functionality of the position.
- Assist & provide backup to generating the following day’s schedule for technicians for their daily assigned
- Handle incoming Service calls and generating service requests from customers following OHD’s procedures and protocols as it relates
- Assisting lead with assigning current day’s received service requests (calls) to a technician based on the technician’s skill set and work requested/required.
- Contacting customers to schedule planned maintenance (PM)or to attend to complete approved quoted repairs.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Operate phone systems to communicate with drivers and customers

**Skills**:

- 1 year of customer service, reception, or administrative experience
- Familiarity with computers, MS Office, and an ability to learn new technologies
- Customer service focus for both internal and external customers
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Self-directed time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task in an often high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
