Peachy Clean specializes in residential deep-cleaning services in Kincardine and the surrounding Grey-Bruce areas. We are looking for hardworking, punctual, responsible, trustworthy and reliable staff to join our Peachy Clean team All of our cleaning products are chemical-free, non-toxic, and safe for children and pets.

Job Description: Cleaning Manager
- Providing residential deep-cleaning and organizing services for clients in Collingwood and the surrounding areas.
- Ensuring that all furniture and surfaces in the residence have been deep-cleaned to Peachy Clean Standards and guidelines.
- Reporting to clients’ residences on-time and prepared for the shift, in appropriate uniform.
- Providing consistent, quality and reliable cleaning and organizing services.
- Supervising a team of Peachy Cleaners to ensure that consistency, quality, and Peachy Clean standards and guidelines are upheld.
- Taking inventory of products and supplies on a weekly basis.
- Assisting with new cleaner training and on-boarding processes.
- Upholding the Peachy Clean standards, brand loyalty and customer service guidelines.
- Booking new clients, projects, and recruiting new team members.
- Completing daily shift checklists and check-ins.
- Assisting with research, marketing and promotion.
- Procuring supplies and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient technological and marketing skills.
- Good work ethic, integrity, and loyalty.
- Cleaning and organizing experience is an asset, but not necessary. Training will be provided. Equipment, supplies and uniform will be provided.
- Flexibility to make your own schedule and workload.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Friendly, polite, professional and respectful attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Works quickly and efficiently, with high attention to detail and excellent focus.
- Willing to provide constructive criticism and ideas to improve the business model, training and structure.
- Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Cleaners may be required to wear masks at the client’s preference and discretion. All high-contact points in residences must be properly cleaned and disinfected.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Elgin, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
