**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily scheduling of cleaning appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
- Handle incoming new leads, booking cleaning appointments, and providing accurate job quotes to potential customers.
- Coordinate employee schedules, including managing call-ins, sick days, and rescheduled shifts.
- Communicate with customers to confirm or reschedule appointments when necessary, ensuring mínimal disruption and high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cleaning staff to ensure they are informed of daily assignments and any last-minute changes.
- Monitor and update scheduling systems to reflect accurate and up-to-date information.
- Analyze and adjust schedules to accommodate any changes in demand or staffing needs.
- Provide regular updates to management on scheduling efficiency, employee availability, and customer feedback.
- Maintain and prioritize a flexible schedule to accommodate both customer and employee needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with customer service inquiries related to scheduling, cancellations, or rescheduling of services.
- Display strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with both customers and team members.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven experience in scheduling, quoting, and handling customer inquiries, preferably within a service-based or cleaning environment.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple schedules and tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Experience in quoting jobs and providing accurate cost estimates.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or tools (experience with cleaning company systems is a plus).
- Ability to remain calm and flexible in response to changes, such as employee call-ins or last-minute schedule adjustments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Previous experience in customer service, quoting, or operations management is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
