Live in Comfort Cleaning is a locally owned small business, operating out of Collingwood, Ontario Canada, serving Collingwood, The Blue Mountains, Thornbury, Wasaga Beach, Clearview and nearby areas.

As a Commercial Cleaning Specialist at Live in Comfort Cleaning, you will be responsible for providing professional cleaning services to commercial properties such as offices and showrooms. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
1. Cleaning and sanitizing all designated areas including bathrooms, kitchens, offices, changerooms, showrooms, and all other common areas.
2. Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors as required. Use of compact floor scrubber as needed.

3. Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.
4. Restocking supplies and notifying management when additional inventory is needed.
5. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and adhering to all safety regulations.
6. Following all given instructions, guidelines, and schedules provided by the supervisor or client.

7. Safely operating a company vehicle to and from job sites when required.
**Qualifications**

1. Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.

2. Standard knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment preferred.

3. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

5. Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.

6. Physical ability to perform duties that may include lifting (up to 25lbs), bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.

7. High school diploma or equivalent.

8. Must have a reliable cellphone with sufficient data to accommodate use of apps used for work purposes including GPS.

9. Reliable transportation.

10. Must be eligible to work in Canada

11. Must have and maintain a valid G Ontario driver's license.

12. Must be bondable. A criminal record check is required and will be done on our end. We will cover the expenses associated with the background check.

Schedule:
Part-time/leading to full-time if desired
- Monday-Friday evenings and Sundays during the daytime. We are flexible so it doesn't have to be every week night.
- Working on some holidays but can work around it if needed.
- Scheduling is done through an app which can be accessed anytime, from any device. View your upcoming schedule and all job details remotely

Pay:

- $20-23 per hour depending on experience.
- Paid on a bi-weekly basis via direct deposit.
- We use a digital payroll system, so you'll be able to access your paystubs and T4's remotely from any device.
