**Requirements**:
- 1 - 3 years experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable and insured personal vehicle
- Willingness to travel to Collingwood and surrounding area
- Canadian Citizen
- Available Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
- A positive attitude
- Must be comfortable working around pets
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
- Ability to stand, sit, crouch and kneel for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Ability to push, pull and work above your head
- Climb stairs

**Responsibilities**
- Perform residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas of the house.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within designated time frames.
- Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure all cleaning duties are completed thoroughly.
- Conduct thorough deep cleaning of residential properties
- Utilize specialized cleaning techniques and equipment to handle deep cleaning tasks.
- Assess and prioritize cleaning needs in each home, adapting to specific client requests and preferences.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals, following safety guidelines to protect both clients and team members.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning assignments and any supplies used, reporting any maintenance issues or additional needs to management.
- Implement training programs for new and existing cleaning staff, ensuring they understand company standards and procedures.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions that cover cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth within the company.
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and create specialized training initiatives based on team performance and client feedback.
- Foster a positive and engaging training environment that encourages questions, participation, and team bonding.
- Participate in company events and initiatives to promote team cohesion and employee engagement.
