**Background**:
OI Group, in partnership with Terzo Enterprises, is seeking an HR Administrator to help manage the HR support services of a pallet repair facility in Etobicoke.

**Description of Job Duties**:
This position reports to our Brantford head office and interfaces with the Etobicoke plant staff performing day to day human resources related functions including: recruitment, HR administration, health and safety, data management, employee relations, and other responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, generating employment contracts and onboarding packages, and facilitating orientation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure consistent and timely transmission of documents to head office.
- Manage health and safety initiatives, and WSIB cases.
- Manages daily staff Time Management system that requires time clock adjustments.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. Investigates and reports on all staff related issues such as disputes, claims, etc.
- Coordinate training programs and ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Lead JHSC and other health & safety meetings; provides minutes to head office.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepares and distributes weekly reports.
- Documents and manages leaves of absences, vacation requests, disciplinary action, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources mandatory.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Office suites (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations as well as Health & Safety protocols is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to interact with diverse populations is critical.
- Flexibility to support various shifts.

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM (flexibility is required to support other hours as needed)

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
