**Position Overview**:
As a Marketing Coordinator Intern at Accolite, you will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, contributing to the planning and execution of various marketing initiatives. This opportunity is designed for both interns and recent graduates, providing hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative industry. You will collaborate with experienced professionals to develop your skills in areas such as digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and campaign coordination. Please note this is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**: Assist in creating and scheduling content across various social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities.

**Content Creation**: Contribute to the development of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels. Collaborate with the team to create blog posts, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral.

**Campaign Coordination**: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking and reporting on key metrics. Assist in coordinating events, both online and offline, to promote brand awareness.

**Market Research**: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Summarize findings and provide insights to support marketing strategy.

**Data Analysis**: Assist in analyzing marketing data to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Compile reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals. Support other team members in day-to-day tasks and projects.

**Qualifications:
Recent graduate or current enrollment in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
