**Job Description**:
As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Maid to the Rescue, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships to increase sales revenue.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Maid to the Rescue's cleaning services and brand awareness
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics and industry trends
- Utilize various marketing channels to generate leads and nurture client relationships including cold calling and online advertising.
- Track and analyze marketing and sales data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Provide support to the team lead by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot)
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry or related field is a plus

How to Apply:
