**About You**
- A consummate organizer and multitasker, you’re comfortable keeping many balls in the air at once.
- You have a fanatical attention to detail, and regularly find errors that others miss.
- You recognize that while the foundation of Marketing is creative, success comes from organization and consistent execution.
- You have interest and some experience in all areas of marketing, including live events, webinars, podcasts, SEO, website management, radio, media, advertising, and social media. You may not be an expert in all of them, but you recognize their importance and have at least some experience with
- Your detailed, analytical focus forces you to dig into the data, and you’re completely at home producing reports and trend analyses.
- You’re a strong collaborator, and comfortable working in remote teams.
- You keep your ear to the ground for new ideas, but you don’t need to always be on the bleeding edge. One fad behind is just fine.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate webinar planning, execution, recording, post-event summaries and posting of recordings
- Coordinate posting of blog posts to various company blogs
- Coordinate publishing of podcasts, including scheduling, assisting with guest booking, creating transcripts, writing descriptions, and posting to various channels
- Compile monthly newsletters, manage distribution list and track stats
- Coordinate ongoing content updates to websites
- Assist with production of other marketing deliverables, including videos, ads, collateral, and tradeshow booths as necessary
- Track media mentions and other relevant performance stats, and regularly report on performance of different marketing activities across channels

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field
- 5+ years of full-time experience in a similar role, preferably in tech or B2B
- Proven experience coordinating multichannel marketing programs that include advertising, live and virtual events, social media, content marketing
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and maintain a marketing calendar, keeping all initiatives on track and on schedule
- Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello)
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience serving the transportation industry is an asset
- French is an asset
- Must reside in Canada
