**Responsibilities**:

- Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of Hop In’s policies, principles, strategies, and industry developments.
- Adhere to the company’s style guide to produce high-quality, error-free copy that aligns with brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to brainstorm content ideas supporting the company’s strategy and initiatives.
- Support and evaluate the results of communication campaigns by tracking metrics and making data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate with the product team for updates to support marketing and lead generation.
- Use web analytics and sales data to optimize sales conversion and improve the user experience.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Report directly to the Communications Lead or, in their absence, the next responsive head (Erich Ko, CEO/Boyd Reid, CCO), providing regular updates on communication initiatives, progress, and challenges.
