**About the Role**:
As our **Office Manager**, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment. You will oversee daily office operations, manage vendor relationships, assist with event planning, and support general administrative functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and have a passion for keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Administration** - Manage office supplies, handle mail and deliveries, and oversee general office upkeep, vacation tracking and upholding office policies.
- **Vendor & Facilities Management** - Coordinate with outside contractors for lawn care, snow removal, office maintenance, and other service providers.
- **Front Desk**- Greet visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, answer calls, and ensure a positive experience for clients and guests.
- **Event Planning** - Organize company events, meetings, and team gatherings.
- **Bookkeeping & Reconciliations** - Assist with commission reconciliation and other financial tasks; prior bookkeeping experience is a plus.
- **General Support** - Provide administrative assistance to the team as needed.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in an office environment.
- Previous experience in office administration, reception, or bookkeeping is beneficial.
- Coordinate with HR regarding policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software is preferred (example: QuickBooks).
