We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for the restaurant industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Operations Management:Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.

Staff Management:Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including chefs, servers, and other support personnel.
Set work schedules and assign duties to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow.
Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service:Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement measures to improve overall dining experience.

Financial Management:Develop and implement strategies to maximize restaurant profitability and minimize costs.
Monitor sales, expenses, and budgets to achieve revenue targets and control expenses.
Conduct regular financial analysis and prepare reports for management review.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (4 to 5 years )
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Sound knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Proficient in managing financial aspects, such as budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
