- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety, and restaurant management.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor kitchen operations to optimize workflow and efficiency.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in restaurant management is preferred but not mandatory.
