**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Utilize technology such as reservation systems (OpenTable), Point of Sale systems (Square), delivery apps (SkiptheDishes).
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and customer service to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed by all staff members.
- Train, supervise, and mentor staff in various roles, including wine service and customer service techniques.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a skilled team that aligns with our restaurant's values.
- Manage expeditor and monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards in line with our brand's reputation.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both employees and guests.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management (minimum of 4 years experience in restaurant management)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively (communicate and direct team to accomplish goals, perform pre-shift meetings, implement new policies, enforce procedures, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality (outgoing personality with emphasis on guest experiences)
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial management within a restaurant setting (proficiency with excel, outlook, Google, etc)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail (assist in the dining room by bartending, running food, clearing plates, etc)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation is required.
