- Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the business.
- Oversee employee training to create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Promote the restaurant to attract customers and increase brand awareness.
- Manage inventory and order products.

*experience*
- Extensive experience in operations management in the hospitality industry (preferably a restaurant or hotel).
- Strong team management background with excellent leadership skills.
- Have relevant academic background, such as advertising, marketing, communication major
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and motivate a diverse team.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members.
- Analyze operational performance indicators and formulate feasible market management strategies.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
