Squamish, Canada Livwell Integrated Health Full time

Administrative Leadership duties include:

- Understanding daily operations of an integrative allied health facility.
- Scheduling admin staff, coordinating time off, recruiting and training new staff members where necessary.
- Assigning front desk tasks to other admin staff members and monitoring the quality and completion of work.
- Conducting bi annual performance reviews for admin staff members.
- Onboarding newly hired health practitioners with the support of owners.
- Communicating with owners concerning operational challenges or human resource needs.
- Helping plan team events.

Other duties that are standard and shared among all admin team members:

- Greet patients and others, maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment.
- Using Jane App software to schedule and pay out patient appointments, balance day sheets and direct billing.
- Perform clinic opening and closing procedures.
- Manage incoming and outgoing faxes and scanning to patient charts.
- Maintain appointment schedules for patients and practitioners, resolving cancellations, and attending to wait lists.
- **Ensure patient confidentiality.**:

- As directed per practitioner, performs billing procedures for multiple payers (Extended Health plans, MSP, WSCB, etc.) and collect non-insured fees where applicable.
- Order and receive office and medical supplies and monitor inventory under the direction of the clinic owners.
- Keep the clinic facility clean and tidy and identify to owners any maintenance needs.
- Communicate clearly with other members of the clinic team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 34 per week
