- As a Quality Lead you will support large-scale civil and infrastructure projects - ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion - you will be responsible in maintaining organized and efficient site administration, contributing to project success - you will have the opportunity to own the assessment of every aspect of your projects, from workmanship to materials, contributing to the successful delivery of exceptional results that exceed project expectations.
- What you will do
- You are the go-to person for our project team members, helping them navigate the Quality Plan like a professional.
- Become the important bridge between our clients, subcontractors and the technical details of the projects.
- Dive deep into shop drawings and other technical documents, ensuring they are on par and exceed our standard of excellence.
- Prepare execution procedures and manage all non-conformities in collaboration with our Site Supers and subcontractors.
- Numbers don’t scare you; you love interpreting and compiling non-conformance data, turning it into actionable insights.
- You are a professional when it comes to recording and tracking deficiencies. You always know what's going on, on your job sites.
This role could be for you if you have
- An educational background in construction engineering/architecture or relevant industry experience.
- Previous experience with construction quality management.
- You have worked 2-5 years in a similar role.
