BCT Fencing Ltd has been providing fencing in the Sea to Sky area from Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Squamish, Whistler, Pemberton and beyond since 2006. We’re the leading experts in chain link fencing, custom cedar installations, and high-end decorative steel fencing. With a commitment to excellence, we take pride in delivering superior craftsmanship to our clients.

**Duties & Responsibilities Include**:

- Streamlining Operations_
- Prepare all estimates, quotes of probable costs of materials, labour and equipment based on contract bids specifications, requests, schematic drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
- Source and specify hardware, material and fittings as required.
- Collaborate closely with our company owner ensuring accurate and efficient operations.
- Prepare and provide invoices and all documentation required for submissions.
- Serve as a liaison between our company, customers and vendors.
- Liaise with IT personnel to tackle any computer-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Implementing and maintaining documentation, including procedures, safety manuals.
- Empowering Leadership_
- Handle logistics seamlessly, from booking couriers to maintaining calendars with precision.
- Support the company owner in various administrative tasks, bringing your innovative ideas to the table.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations and procedures.
- Enhancing the Client Experience _
- Preparing and managing quotes using MS Excel and MS Word, QuickBooks, Customer software and fencing related software.
- Processing invoices and payments seamlessly using Interac eTransfer, EFT, cheques, or credit cards.

**What You Will Bring to the Role**:

- 5+ years of proven experience in Estimating, Construction Estimating or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
