**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Representation**: Represent the college at recruitment events such as college fairs, high school visits, and open houses.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other influencers to enhance recruitment efforts.
- **Admissions Support**: Assist prospective students with questions related to the admissions process, including program offerings, scholarships, financial aid, and campus life.
- **Data Management**: Utilize CRM tools to track prospective student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions. Maintain accurate records of communications and progress toward recruitment goals.
- **Campus Tours & Information Sessions**: Conduct virtual and in-person campus tours and information sessions to showcase academic offerings and student life.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or higher education (preferred but not required).
- Previous sales, customer service experience, or experience working in a college environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of the **domestic market**, including trends and opportunities in student recruitment.
- Previous experience in **immigration services** or working with international students is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse student populations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet enrollment goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools) is preferred.
- A passion for higher education and helping students succeed.
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally for recruitment events.
