Client Service Representative (CSR) — Prince Edward Animal Clinic (PEAC)

Prince Edward Animal Clinic (PEAC) is an established, thriving, boutique, fear-free, privately owned small-animal practice located in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Toronto's West End (Kingsway /Chestnut Hills area).

We're looking for an experienced, organized, compassionate CSR who loves supporting pets and guiding the people who care for them: someone who values relationship-based, continuity-driven care and takes pride in being a trusted part of an independent clinic.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients (in-clinic, phone, email, SMS)
  • Perform accurate patient triage using clinic protocols
  • Educate pet owners on the importance of science-based preventative care
  • Book appointments efficiently while balancing doctor and staff availability
  • Support patient admissions, discharges, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Handle insurance submissions and assist with inventory and invoicing
  • Educate pet owners on the value of pet insurance
  • Keep the client care space clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Communicate thoroughly, timely and accurately to support seamless team coordination
  • Be a dependable team member: presence at work matters

Who We're Looking For:

Experienced applicants only

  • 2+ years of veterinary clinic/hospital CSR / reception experience
  • Warm, calm, clear communicator
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time management
  • Comfortable working on Mac computers (EzyVet is a plus)
  • Passionate about client education and relationship-driven care
  • Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
