Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Generate customer orders and issue work orders in alignment with production schedules and customer requirements.
- Invoice for completed orders as deliveries occur.
- Monitor time and attendance records, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with supervisors and HR to ensure accurate reporting.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Assist in creating and updating production schedules based on project timelines and resource availability.
- Track production schedules, flagging potential delays or bottlenecks and supporting proactive resolution.
- Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing efficiency, quality, and output.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to align efforts and improve overall workflow.
- Undertake other duties as assigned to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Proven experience in a coordination, scheduling, or manufacturing support role; production or construction industry experience preferred.
- Experience with time and attendance tracking systems is a strong asset.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting and data entry.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP, scheduling, or timekeeping software is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
