SupremeServ, a division of KSB Pumps Canada, is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team and help power our ambitious growth strategy through 2030 and beyond **Job Summary** We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our service and pump sales—especially in the municipal and general industrial sectors. You’ll build strong client relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and drive new business across Ontario. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with new and existing clients - Drive business development in the municipal and general industrial markets - Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations - Collaborate with internal teams to align with our 2030+ strategy - Lead negotiations and close deals with confidence - Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities - Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve your skills **Must-Haves**: - 5+ years of experience in sales and business development - Engineering degree or technical diploma (or equivalent experience) - Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets **You’ll Excel If You**: - Are strategic, resilient, and adaptable - Build relationships with ease and integrity - Take initiative and own your outcomes - Align with our core values: Drive, Integrity, Respect, Accountability, and Empathy **Performance Goals** - Annual Order Intake: > CAD 1.5 million - Contribution Margin: > 25% **Sales Activity minimum of**: - 10+ customer visits per month - New accounts added monthly **Why Join Us?** At SupremeServ, you’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values innovation, growth, and customer success.
