Restaurant Manager

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high culinary standards.
- Supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and uphold food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash management duties, including cash handling and POS operations (Touch Bistro and Sage HR preferred).
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns promptly.
- Conduct interviews and hire staff to build a strong team.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop strategies to enhance restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Experience with POS systems; familiarity time clocks, Touch Bistro and Sage HR a bonus
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
