**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate and timely **data entry** for staff hours, inventory tracking, and vendor invoices.
- Process **bi-weekly payroll** and maintain employee records in compliance with employment standards.
- Manage **accounts payable and receivable**, including invoice coding, reconciliation, and vendor payments.
- Generate and maintain **financial reports** on labor, food cost, revenue, and cash flow for management review.
- Track **all staff hours and restaurant inventory** using our integrated **POS system**.
- Assist in event billing, gratuity reconciliation, and ensuring accurate back-end support for catering and special events.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—for employee records, orders, and invoices.
- Provide **administrative support to the Executive Chef and Dining Manager**, including scheduling assistance and report summaries.
- Coordinate with the Bookkeeper and Director of Operations to ensure timely reporting and budget alignment.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in administration or bookkeeping, preferably in hospitality or food service environments.
- **Proficiency in Sage accounting software** is required.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to manage POS-integrated data systems.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: From $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
