**F&B Operations Manager - Multi-Revenue Restaurant**

We’re seeking a **Food and Beverage Operations Manager** to lead and inspire our front-of-house team in a high-touch, guest-forward restaurant setting. This position is ideal for a hospitality leader with a strong track record of improving restaurant operations, creating memorable guest experiences, and managing the fine balance of people, product, and profit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the **daily operations of a multi-revenue restaurant**, serving up to **100 guests per day during peak season** plus catering events up to 100 guests at the same time.
- Manage a **dedicated team of 15-20 employees**, including scheduling, payroll approval, and tip distribution.
- Champion exceptional **guest experience** in fine dining standards at every touchpoint, from reservation to farewell.
- Develop and implement **staff incentives and appreciation initiatives**, contributing to increased morale and staff retention.
- Lead **front-of-house training**, cross-training, and performance development plans for team members.
- Monitor and control **labour and supply costs**, aligning with budget goals and cost control procedures.
- Assist with **monthly forecasting and annual budgeting**, collaborating with leadership to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Drive **hiring, onboarding, and orientation** of new team members, ensuring smooth integration into a guest-first culture.
- Oversee **inventory management systems**, conducting monthly counts and ensuring COGS targets are met for bar and FOH supplies.
- Collaborate with culinary and bar leadership to develop and launch **seasonal menus and promotions**.
- Stay informed through continued professional development

**What You Bring**:

- Proven leadership in **restaurant operations**, ideally in multi-revenue or multi-service models.
- Passion for people — both your team and your guests — and a drive to deliver elevated experiences.
- Experience with **POS systems, reporting, inventory tracking, and labour budgeting**.
- A hands-on, strategic mindset, with the ability to lead, coach, and collaborate across departments.
